These terms cover the use of this website. Work we carry out for you is governed by the written quotation and specification we issue, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Who we are

This site is operated by DYFI KITCHENS LTD, trading as Ceginau Dyfi Kitchens, a company registered in England and Wales (number 15185941) with its registered office and showroom at 3 Heol Maengwyn, Machynlleth, SY20 8AA.

Website content is not a quotation

Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a guarantee of price, specification or availability. Projects are individually surveyed and quoted, and any figure or lead time is only binding once we have issued it to you in writing.

Projects, designs and trades

Designs, drawings and specifications we prepare remain our intellectual property until the project they relate to is paid for in full. Gas, electrical and other regulated work is carried out by appropriately qualified trade partners, arranged and coordinated by us; the certification for that work is issued by the trade concerned.

Before publishing: confirm deposit terms, payment stages, cancellation rights, guarantee period and the 14-day consumer cancellation position for off-premises contracts, and have the project terms reviewed.

Photographs and imagery

Photographs on this site show our own completed work or products supplied by our partners, used with permission. Finishes, materials and appliances vary between projects; images are illustrative of the standard of work rather than a specification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
